We uncovered the lines while removing the neighboring building foundation (no damage to the lines)and called PG&E out to identify them. They responded and apparently have no record of these lines. We have stopped work at the site until we can determine the nature of these lines and subsequently remove the vault that overlies the bio-vent well. It appears we won't be able to reschedule the work for at least one week. I'll keep you informed. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. [IE] Subject: Notification of Well Destruction Mike— I just called and left you a voice mail, but I also wanted to send this email notifying you that we will be destroying the last of five monitoring wells near Alden Park in Tracy, CA, on Monday, August 14th, at approximately 0830 hours. Cascade Drilling will be doing the work. If you remember, we destroyed four groundwater monitoring wells in March, but we had one remaining"Bio-Vent"well whose destruction we postponed until the actual Bio-Vent Building was demolished. We are currently demolishing this building and plan to over-drill the bio-vent well on Monday.
