Also, record 'the standard <br /> identification number assigned ( found in the <br /> Groundwater Standard Log) . <br /> 5 . 5 . 6 Assign a neutral number to the spiked blank and <br /> record -all information in the field log . Label , <br /> seal , and deliver the spiked blank to -the laboratory <br /> in the same manner as for well samples . <br />
