The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for TIKI LAGUN RESORT & MARINA as of July21, 2020. Open violations from May 12, 2020 inspection Violation #2 - Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)for 2018, 2019, and 2020. As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented for 2018, 2019, and 2020. A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. Nineteen 5 gallon pails of Henry 784 Aqua-Bloc, sixteen 5 gallon pails of sodium hydroxide, one 261 cubic foot cylinder of compressed hydrogen gas, greater than 1,200 cubic feet of carbon dioxide refrigerated liquid in a bulk storage container(actual volume was not available), 1,000 gallons of propane, 8,000 gallons of gasoline and an above ground tank of waste oil (actual volume was not available)were found on site that have not been reported for 2018, 2019, and 2020. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms currently on record for carbon dioxide and waste oil are not accurate. The type of container for waste oil wrongly identifies"steel drum"vs. "above ground tank". "Above ground tank" has not been identified as the current type of container for the carbon dioxide. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan.
