Carbon dioxide—the maximum daily amount and size of the largest container is under reported at 1,200
cubic feet and the type of container indicates "cylinder" vs. "aboveground tank";the capacity of the
tank is likely 300 pounds; carbon dioxide can be reported in pounds.
2. Propane—the storage pressure is wrongly identified as "ambient"vs. "above ambient".
3. Hydrogen—the storage pressure is wrongly identified as "ambient"vs. "above ambient".
4. Waste oil—the annual waste amount element has not been completed.
• Violation #6,the site map does not show or address the following:
1. The topographical information for the maintenance shop and the water treatment areas is not accurate
and does not show or address the access and exits, emergency response equipment, access and exit
points, the location of the sodium hypochlorite, and the location of the hydrogen gas.
3
