The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TIKI LAGUN RESORT & MARINA as of July21, 2020. <br /> Open violations from May 12, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#2 -Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS)for 2018, 2019, and 2020. As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically. A <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities <br /> of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard <br /> temperature and pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: / S P w (j <br /> Violation #5 -Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> Nineteen 5 gallon pails of Henry 784 Aqua-Bloc, sixteen 5 gallon pails of sodium hydroxide, one 261 cubic foot <br /> cylinder of compressed hydrogen gas, greater than 1,200 cubic feet of carbon dioxide refrigerated liquid in a bulk <br /> storage container(actual volume was not available), 1,000 gallons of propane, 8,000 gallons of gasoline and an <br /> above ground tank of waste oil (actual volume was not available)were found on site that have not been reported for <br /> 2018, 2019, and 2020. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> Qapproval. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms currently on record for carbon dioxide and waste oil are not accurate. <br /> The type of container for waste oil wrongly identifies"steel drum" vs. "above ground tank". "Above ground tank" has <br /> not been identified as the current type of container for the carbon dioxide. This information must be current and <br /> submitted as part of the business plan.
