Thank you so much for sending an electronic copy of the extension request. DTSC processes extension
request once we receive a hard signed of the request.
You have combined extension request for the RCRA and non-RCRA waste in the same application. As per the
instructions, RCRA waste extension to come to me and the non-RCRA waste to the San Joaquin County
CUPA. I will handle it this time and send a copy to the CUPA. I am including the CUPA in this email.
Additionally, I have a couple of questions to ask of you.
• Please email me communications as to why it took longer than 90 days to get waste analytical
performed and any communications with with your waste disposal facility. Please clarify the
unforeseen reasons.
• Your coordinator stated the following in an email to you (see below): "I've included the missing drum as well so
we have time to possibly locate it." Please clarify if you have lost the waste drum. How the waste drum went
missing from a fenced in area?
I was off yesterday.
Thankyou
Asha
Asha Arora, M.S.
Senior Environmental Scientist (Specialist)
Department of Toxic Substances Control
Berkeley Office
(510) 540-3874
Asha.Arora@dtsc.ca.gov
From: Cameron J.
