OBSERVATION: This facility, a large quantity generator, did not have the current source reduction plan on site. The plan was required to be completed by September 1, 2019 for the 2018 calendar year. The facility had an uncertified source reduction plan that was dated September 1, 2015. REGULATION GUIDANCE: See Title 22 California Code of Regulations sections 67100.3, 67100.4, 67100.5 and California Health&Safety Code sections 25244.19 and 25244.21. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare a complete source reduction plan for the year 2018. Make sure to include both the technical and financial certifications for the plan. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the renewed plan to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. This is a Class II violation.
