The work is being done <br /> as part of the recommendations related to a Phase I Environmental Assessment Report, and is not <br /> required by any agency. <br /> Background <br /> A Phase I Environmental Assessment (Phase I) was conducted on the property in June 2006 by <br /> Assessco Inc. of Woodland Hills, California. The scope of work was updated based on an August <br /> 24, 2006 interview with long-time resident Mr. Dennis Fischer. Mr. Fischer has been familiar <br /> with the property for about 60 years. The property has a single story residence, garage, chicken <br /> house, small shed, two wells, a large field and asphalt-paved driveway (Figures 1 and 2). One of <br /> the wells became inactive about ten years ago. The size of the house is approximately 2,400 <br /> square feet.
