Revised Work Plan for Additional Site Investigation
Raymond Investment Corporation
Former Helena Chemical Facility
February 27,2018
Page 5
located 2,500 feet west of the Site. The locations of the three stormwater basins are shown on Figure 4
(Appendix A).
4.3.3 Healthcare Facilities
There are no healthcare facilities located within 1,000 feet of the site.
4.3.4 Parks
No parks are located within 1,000 feet of the site.

4.4 PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
California Water Service (Cal Water) provides water to the study area and owns the large water tank located
approximately 700 feet east-southeast of the Site. Condor contacted Cal Water to identify any of their wells
within the 1,000-foot search radius. Craig Stevens, California Water Service Superintendent II, indicated
that Cal Water does not have any wells within 1,000 feet of the Site. The pump station located next to the
water tank is a booster pump station tied to the distribution system and not the location of a well site.
Condor also contacted the City of Stockton to identify whether any City wells were located within the
1,000-foot study area. Eric Houston, Chief Plant Operator for the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities
Department, indicated that the City of Stockton does not have any wells within 1,000 feet of the Site.
5.0 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK
The purpose of the work is to further evaluate the extent of pollutants associated with historical pesticide
storage area in the northern portion of the Site, near boring B39/GW12, and to further investigate the lateral
extent of dissolved constituents of concern in the southern portion of the Site. All work conducted by
Condor will be under the supervision of a California Professional Geologist.

5.1 SITE PREPARATION
Condor will obtain the necessary drilling permits from EHD prior to scheduling field activities with the
sub-contractors and notifying Underground Services Alert (USA). At least one drilling location is located
on the adjacent property to the north, so fieldwork will be coordinated with the adjacent property owner.
Condor will mark the drilling locations on the ground with white paint and contact USA at least 48 hours
prior initiating drilling, as required by law. Condor will obtain the services of an underground utility
locating sub-contractor to supplement the locations provided by public utilities during the USA process.
The tenants, the property owner, and the adjacent property owner will accept the boring locations and
confirm the location of underground utilities.
Prior to initiating fieldwork at the Site, all field personnel will familiarize themselves with the Site-Specific
Health and Safety Plan (HASP). In addition, a tailgate safety meeting will be held prior to commencement
of fieldwork. The HASP pertains to field activities and includes information on potential hazards expected
to be encountered at the Site, personal protective equipment to be used during field activities, and directions
to and telephone numbers for the nearest hospital. A copy of the HASP is included in Appendix C.
Ca CONDOR
