AECOM
2.7 Task 7—Reporting
AECOM will prepare a summary report which will include the results of this Limited Phase II
investigation described herein. The report will compare the analytical results to applicable
regulatory standards. AECOM will submit a copy of the report to the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department (SJEHD) as requested.
LIMITATIONS
Services performed by AECOM are conducted in a manner consistent with that level of care and
skill ordinarily exercised by members of the same profession currently practicing in the same
locality under similar conditions. It is important to recognize that even the most comprehensive
scope of services may fail to detect environmental liabilities on a particular site. Therefore,
AECOM cannot act as insurers, and cannot "certify" that a site is free of environmental
contamination. No expressed or implied representation or warranty is included or intended in
our reports, except that our services were performed, within the limits prescribed by our client,
with customary thoroughness and competence of our profession.
Thank you for the opportunity to be of assistance. Please contact Tracey P. Gillespie at(717)
608-2436 if you have any questions or require further assistance.
Sincerely,
AECOM
Tracey P.
