All manifest are now keep in a file box designated for Safety-Kleen. Waste oil and filters receipts are stored in a designated file box by month / year. For all the other violations we have put a new policy in place as followed. Safety-Kleen will make sure to include the waste code on all receipts, and anyone giving them a PO number will double check. Once Safety-Kleen picks up waste filters, waste oil, waste coolant break lathe filings, a start date label will be attached to drum / tank that day. I have a calendar showing pick-up dates so not to go pass the 90 days per CCR66262.34 code. All storage drums / tanks are checked each morning before business starts and by late afternoon to insure they are covered. Claudia please see attached file folder for copies of all missing receipts and manifests. If anything is missing or not done to your complete satisfaction please contact me so I can correct it.
