- 1 ,
Feral pigs also known as wild boars can be extremely aggressive as well as destructive to property.
Males have tusks which when they feel threatened will charge and attempt to impale with. They
are protective of their young and are unpredictable when they are present. If a feral pig is spotted
on the site, work should be suspended until either the animal leaves on its own or when it is
removed by experts.
Mountain Lions
Wr
'f }
Mountain Lions are large felines that can grow on average to 136 pounds. Mountain lions are
hunters and tend to be mobile in the dusk, night, and dawn hours. They are solitary and have
been known to attack small children and solitary adults on occasion. However, they are known to
be shy animals. Should a mountain lion be seen on the jobsite all work will be suspended until it
has exited the area.
