Pest Management Plan <br /> MLC tenant-operators shall employ an Integrated fest Management (I11M) Plan that is compliant <br /> with both the Organic Materials Review Institute Standards as well as California I.,aw. MLC <br /> tenant-operators IPM plan will include the following bio-insecticides, fungicides, bactericides, <br /> irritant washes, as well as mite and small arthropod predators to control and eliminate insect and <br /> microbiological threats to its cannabis crop. <br /> Regarding the use of Pesticides on the premises MLC tenant-operators shall: <br /> 1. Use only properly labeled pesticides and comply with all pesticide label <br /> directions; <br /> 2. Store all chemicals in locked metal cabinets within the Pesticide Storage <br /> Lockers; <br /> 3. Immediately contain any chemical leak and clean up any spill; <br /> 4. Apply the minimum amount of product necessary to control the target pest; <br /> 5. Prevent any off-site drift; <br /> Chemical and Pesticide Storage Room <br /> All pesticides and chemicals shall be stored within locked metal cabinets inside of the cultivation <br /> suite(s). They shall be accessed only as necessary and returned to the cabinets and securely <br /> stored upon completion of application. <br /> Pesticide Application <br /> During application of pesticides, MLC tenant-operators Cultivation technicians shall wear <br /> protective eyewear, a Long-sleeved shirt and long pants,waterproof gloves, shoes and socks as <br /> well as National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) compliant dust/mist <br /> filtering respirators. <br /> Immediately following application of pesticides, MLC tenant-operators Cultivation "I'echnicians <br /> shall wash thoroughly with soap and water.
