Upon accumulation of cannabis waste, such waste will be remediated by mixing it with the spent <br /> organic mediums or soil utilized for delivery of water and nutrients to individual cannabis plants. <br /> The organic mediums and cannabis waste shall be co-mingled and grinded down to a uniform <br /> mixture, such that the cannabis waste is destroyed and unrecognizable from its original state. In <br /> the event a MLC tenant-operators finished cannabis flower batch is not tit for distribution, it <br /> shall be deemed cannabis waste and become subject to destruction and disposal. <br /> MLC tenant-operator shall designate an appropriate location on site to compost the cannabis <br /> waste mixture. All cannabis waste will be identified, weighed, and tracked, both while on <br /> premises and at the time of disposal. "The Distribution Manager will be responsible for <br /> monitoring the destruction and disposal of waste, and entering information into the State's Track <br /> and Trace as necessary. MI.,C tenant-operator shall maintain comprehensive records regarding <br /> cannabis waste that accounts for, reconciles, and evidences all activity related to the generation <br /> or disposition of cannabis waste. Upon destruction or disposal of cannabis goods,MLC tenant- <br /> operator shall also enter in the track and trace system the name of the employee performing the <br /> destruction or disposal, the reason for destruction or disposal, as well as the entity being used to <br /> collect and process the cannabis waste. <br /> The Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring the collection and disposal of waste, <br /> and entering information into the State's "Track and Trace System" as necessary. MLC tenant- <br /> operators shall maintain comprehensive records regarding cannabis waste that accounts for, <br /> reconciles, and evidences all activity related to the generation or disposition of cannabis waste. <br /> Equipment and Supply Storage <br /> MLC tenant-operators equipment and non-cannabis cultivation supplies will be kept within the <br /> Storage areas within each premises,respectively which will remain locked except as necessary <br /> for personnel access. <br /> Value Transfer Area: (Product Transportation) <br /> The value transfer area will be utilized to accomplish secure transfers of finished cannabis flower <br /> off--site by distributors, as well as transfers of currency off premises to secure locations off.-site. <br /> Transfers of product and currency off-site will be conducted during hours of operation at random <br /> time intervals, with transporters using varying routes to and from the facility. <br /> Access in and out of the facility for Value Transfers will be facilitated through collaboration <br /> between the Security and Operations .Managers, the security staff member, and the Secretary. <br /> Prior to arrival or departure of'a transfer, the Security Manager will monitor the surveillance <br /> system and maintain correspondence with the security staff member at the facility entrance to <br /> confirm that the premises and surrounding area are free of any security threat. <br /> During a pickup of a cannabis shipment by a distribution transporter, once the distribution <br /> vehicle is securely within the site perimeter fence, the Operations Manager will unlock and open <br /> the roll up door on the south side of the premises to allow the vehicle to enter the into Value <br /> Transfer Area. <br /> Morada Land Company 1.4 <br />
