MLC.tenant-operators shall not distribute any cannabis product unless and until the samples <br /> obtained from each batch to be distributed have passed the State of California's lab testing <br /> standards as confirmed by a'Certificate of Analysis obtained from the lab testing facility <br /> contracted to conduct the analysis. <br /> MI.,C tenant-operators shall arrange for the transportation of Cannabis which flails lab testing <br /> standards back to the Cultivator or Manufacturer from whom it was received for destruction, or <br /> shall remediate and dispose of such cannabis on-site. <br /> Logistics and. Operational Security Measures <br /> Value Transfer Area <br /> 'The Value Transfer Room will be utilized to accomplish secure transfers of finished cannabis <br /> -flower off-site, as well as transfers of currency from the premises to secure locations off-site. <br /> Transfers of product and currency out of the facility will be conducted during operating hours at <br /> random time intervals, with transporters using varying routes to and from the facility. Access in <br /> and out of the facility for Value Transfers will be facilitated through collaboration between the <br /> Security Personnel and the Operations Managers. The Operations Manager will be responsible <br /> for entering information into the State's Track and 'Trace system to record these transactions as <br /> necessary. <br /> Transactional Security <br /> Product and Currency Transfers <br /> Transfers of product and currency in and out of the facility will be conducted only during hours <br /> of operation at random time intervals,with transporters using varying routes to and from the <br /> facility. Access in and out of the facility for Value Transfers will be facilitated through <br /> collaboration between the Operations Manager, Security Personnel and MLC tenant-operator <br /> Executives <br /> Prior to arrival or departure of a logistics vehicle, Operations Manager will monitor the <br /> surveillance system and maintain communication with the security staff'member near the <br /> entrance to the facility to confirm that the facility is free of any security threat. The Security staff <br /> member will then authorize entry into and exit from the premises through the Access (late <br /> following confirmation of security clearance. <br /> Receipt of Shipment of Cannabis Goods at.Distribution.Premises: <br /> The Distribution Value Transfer Area will be accessible only by the Operations Manager, <br /> Distribution Inventory Clerk, and MIX tenant-operator Executives. Entry into the value transfer <br /> area will be facilitated by the Operations Manager and facility security personnel. Such <br /> transactions will take place by appointment only. <br /> Following verification of identification and credentials by the Security staff members, and the <br /> logistics vehicle gaining access to the premises, Distribution Driver(s) will be directed to drive <br /> the vehicle up to the roll-up door of the Distribution Building. The Operations Manager will then <br /> open the roll up door to allow the vehicle to enter, and will close and lock the roll up door once <br /> Morada i-and Company 22 <br />
