xi ) Pursuant to Section 422 . 4 of the California Plumbing Code , toilet facilities shall be accessible <br /> to employees at all times , should not be more than 500 feet from where employees are <br /> regularly employed and accessible by not more than one flight of stairs . Each meter <br /> shall be tied to the APN . <br /> iii ) If there are common use areas , like landscaping or fire , the meters shall be tied to the APN . <br /> iv) Each water service point shall have a backflow prevention device meeting MHCSD standard . <br /> e ) The applicant shall provide documentation for water capacity , sewer capacity and water storage <br /> capacity from the master developer . <br /> f ) The applicant shall cut and cap any unused utility line at the property line . <br /> g ) The applicant shall repair and complete any unfinished landscaping in the planter strip along all <br /> frontages to the property . <br /> h ) Any damage done to CSD facilities during construction shall be repaired at the applicant' s <br /> expense to CSD satisfaction . <br /> i ) The Contractor work hours are limited to 7 AM to 6 PM on weekdays . The Contractor shall <br /> I <br /> mplement dust construct and noise control to avoid impact to adjacent homes . <br /> j ) Commercial CC & Rs to be recorded on all commercial properties .
