Safari Kids Child Care Center and Retail Building — PA- 2000073 <br /> Submitted Electronically <br /> Dear John : <br /> The Mountain House Community Services District ( CSD ) has reviewed the preliminary site plan <br /> for Safari Kids Child care Center and RETAIL Building located at 255 W . Legacy Drive in <br /> Mountain House which was transmitted electronically on October 4 , 2021 . <br /> We have the following comments : <br /> 1 . The application shall enter into a Stormwater Management Agreement with CSD . <br /> 2 . If any of the retail space is for a restaurant , the applicant shall comply with the Fats , Oil <br /> and Grease Ordinance (FOG) . <br /> 3 . All Catch Basins shall include CSD ' s approved filters . No stormwater shall enter <br /> MHCSD system without onsite filtration . <br /> 4 . The applicant shall provide the following water meters to the site : <br /> a . The main meter shall have " low flow" capability to the property . <br /> b . The applicant shall provide individual meters to each tenant if leased separately . <br /> Each meter shall be tied to the APN . <br /> c . If there are common use areas , like landscaping or fire , the meters shall be tied to <br /> the APN . <br /> d . Each water service point shall have a backflow prevention device meeting <br /> MHCSD standard . <br /> 5 . The applicant shall provide documentation for water capacity , sewer capacity and water <br /> storage capacity from the master developer . <br /> 6 .
