Immediately clean <br /> up all rodent droppings, clean and sanitize the areas. Pull back all equipment on the counter and clean and sanitize under <br /> and around. <br /> Observed a gnawed on package of napkins in the storage cabinet. Immediately discard this package of napkins. Corrected <br /> on site. <br /> Take action to eliminate rodent activity in facility.
