We have been working on the return to compliance from your recent inspection, some of the violations are clear, and we understand where we have had a momentary lapse, others vary in clarity to us. As I believe that I had mentioned during our phone conversation, we operate very successfully in 14 counties in California alone(well apparently 13- Lol), so we are very familiar with the CUPA inspection process. We also understand that different organizations' interpretations may vary. That being said, would it be possible to set up a meeting with you so that we can better understand some of the violations that you reported and give us an opportunity to discuss/ask some questions regarding your findings? I will be on site this Wednesday, March 11, if that works for you. We take pride in all aspects of how we run our business and want to make sure we are training and communicating to the standard put forth by our regulatory agencies.
