All I need from you is a statement documenting that the facility will include
the following required information as part of the hazardous waste employee training records:
o A written description of the type and amount of both initial and ongoing training that will be given to
persons filling each job position having responsibility for hazardous waste management and/or
emergency response. This is essentially a written plan of your facility's hazardous waste employee
training plan/program, which should state what content is provided to employees as part of the training.
o The name, job title and job description for each position at the facility related to hazardous waste
management.
The training records will be reviewed for completeness at the next routine inspection.
I will look into whether or not we can change the facility's status to small quantity generator and let you know.
Thank you,
i
