Per Rachelle Brown (Office Manager), Tina <br /> Cervantes no longer works for the business. This was corrected on site. <br /> -Eight empty 55 gallon drums that previously held hazardous materials (oil & acetone)were observed in the yard <br /> without the word 'empty' and the date emptied. This was corrected on site. <br /> -One blue metal 55 gallon drum of used oil was observed in the yard without generator name &address, <br /> accumulation start date, hazardous properties, physical state and the words "Hazardous Waste". This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of used antifreeze was observed in the yard without generator name & <br /> address, accumulation start date, hazardous properties, physical state and the words"Hazardous Waste". This <br /> was corrected on site. <br /> -One black plastic 55 gallon drum of used oil was observed in the yard labeled as used coolant and without <br /> generator name & address, accumulation start date, hazardous properties, physical state and the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste". This was corrected on site. <br /> -One blue plastic approximately 30 gallon drum of used oil was observed without a hazardous waste label in the <br /> yard. This was corrected on site. <br /> Notes: <br /> -Facility owes $1052.20 in permit fees. Please call 209-468-3420 to resolve. <br /> -Facility does metal work. No metal fines or grinding equipment was observed during the inspection. Metal <br /> chips and shavings are recycled. Metal particles 100 microns or smaller in size must be handled and disposed <br /> of as hazardous waste if the metal is determined to be a hazardous waste.
