Used oil filters not <br /> stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine inspection. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 29, 2020 . <br /> Documents provided during inspection: hazardous waste labels. <br /> Hazardous waste streams found: used oil, used antifreeze, metal oil filters, paper oil filters, lead acid batteries, <br /> oily rag service. <br /> American Valley Waste Oil takes the used oil and used antifreeze (consolidated manifest receipts were <br /> reviewed).
