Please see the attached photo of the container being used. For violation 205:The oil contaminated with aerosol waste was sent back on a consolidated manifest and is now being handled as universal waste. For violation 601:The stored hazardous waste was removed from the facility on 11/14/2018. Please see the attached consolidated manifest. Let me know if I cleared these up please. I will follow up with you on the training in the next couple of days. Violation 118, Failed to maintain complete personnel training records: need to receive records showing that employees were trained. Violation 205, Failed to manage used oil contaminated with other hazardous waste: I need a statement saying how the oil contaminated with aerosol can waste was managed. Did it go on a consolidated manifest for used oil? Violation 502, Failed to comply with new tank assessment requirements: I need the tank assessment. Violation 601, Stored hazardous waste on site greater than 180 days: I need the disposal record for each waste that was listed in the violation.
