Did it go on a consolidated manifest for used oil? <br /> Violation 502, Failed to comply with new tank assessment requirements: I need the tank assessment. <br /> Violation 601, Stored hazardous waste on site greater than 180 days: I need the disposal record for each waste that was <br /> listed in the violation. Note: This is different from the other manifest violations.
