San Joaquin County Ordinance (SJO) 4432 Failed to pay annual operating <br /> fees. <br /> Fees have been paid in 2018. <br /> 2. HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is <br /> complete, accurate and up to date. <br /> PREVIOUS FILING IS BEING REVIEWED AND PROCESSED FOR CURRENT <br /> FILING. <br /> 3. HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher <br /> training to appropriate personnel. <br /> DONE, Sign up sheets accomplished previously. Current training will be <br /> reviewed by hired staff to recommend for implementation. <br /> 4. California Code of Regulations (CCR) 66262.11 Failed to determine if a <br /> waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> DONE <br /> 5.
