She is aware that I have approved the work plans, boring permits
and well completion applications received at this office with her verbal approval. I have assured Ms.
Timm of PHS/EHD's and Kleinfelder's commitment to forwarding all proposals to the CVRWQCB which
may ultimately require their input and concurrence where applicable. She is also aware that all work
plans carry an approval condition statement from our agency clearly indicating that all groundwater and
soil data obtained be submitted to PHS/EHD and the CVRWCQB when applicable.
I submitted copies of site maps which indicate the proposed positions of the monitoring wells for
CVRWQCBs review and files. CVRWQCB is aware that all monitoring well completion and sampling
will be observed by site mitigation staff employing current county wide well standards for site
assessments.
Please contact me at least 48 hours in advance for all field work regarding the latest four work plans.
