The sampling was recommended due <br /> to the results of our review of plans for the Manteca Spreckels Plant recently provided to us by Spreckels <br /> Development Company. The scope of work is described in Attachment A, with Kleinfelder field protocols as <br /> Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. The work requisition authorizing us to proceed is <br /> presented as Attachment D. We can begin work as soon as we receive both signed work requisitions. We will <br /> return a fully executed copy to you. P/ease note that thi work can not be completed by the February 25 1997 <br /> deadline, However, recommendations for this work were not included in our Phase 1 Environmental Site <br /> Assessment ReReport <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to provide our services to you.
