Spreckels Road <br /> Manteca,California <br /> Dear Mr. Atherton: <br /> We are pleased to present this proposal cost estimate for soil sampling and analysis in the vicinity of <br /> "underground structures" and the beet seed warehouse locations within the Former Spreckels Sugar Plant in <br /> Manteca, California. The sampling was recommended due to the results of the Phase 1 ESA Kleinfelder <br /> conducted at the site(20-3978-0I.P01 dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work is described in Attachment A, <br /> with Kleinfelder field protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. The work <br /> requisition authorizing us to proceed is presented as Attachment D. We can begin work as soon as we receive <br /> both signed work requisitions.
