The <br /> review process follows the provisions of Senate Bill 1248 (SB 1248) which requires local <br /> agencies to notify those regulatory offices prior to entering into a "Local Cleanup <br /> Agreement". DTSC and the CVRWQCB have issued correspondence to PHS/EHD <br /> authorizing this agency to act as lead for the oversight, investigation and remediation at <br /> the subject site described above. <br /> This correspondence confirms the completion of the remedial activities for the subject <br /> site described above. The site above is referenced in Klienfelder report numbers <br /> 2017L342, 207RE077, and 2017R501. Parcel numbers 221-25-04, 221-21-06 and 221- <br /> 2503 are included in this SB1248 certification letter. With the provision that the <br /> information provided to this agency is accurate and representative of existing conditions, <br /> it is our position that no further action is required at this time. <br /> Please be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any liability under the California <br /> Health and Safety Code or Water Code for past, current or future operations at this site. <br /> Nor does it relieve you of the responsibility to clean up existing, additional, or previously <br /> unidentified conditions at the site which cause or threaten to cause pollution, <br /> contamination, or nuisance or otherwise pose a threat to water quality or public health. <br /> Additionally, be advised that changes in the present or proposed land use at the site may <br /> require further site characterization and mitigation activity. It is the property owner's <br /> responsibility to notify this agency of any changes in report content, future contamination <br /> findings, or site usage. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
