Spreckels Road <br /> Manteca,California <br /> Dear Mr. Atherton: <br /> We are pleased to present this proposal/cost estimate for soil sampling and analysis in the vicinity of the former <br /> vehicle/solvent waslidown areas, the plant tote storage area, and the former auto shed at the Former Spreckels <br /> Sugar Plant in Manteca, California. The sampling was recommended due to the results of the Phase 1 ESA <br /> Kleinfelder conducted at the site (20-3978-0I.P01 dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work is described in <br /> Attachment A, with Kleinfelder Feld protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. <br /> The work requisition authorizing us to proceed is presented as Attachment D.
