The sampling was <br /> recommended due to the results of the Phase I ESA Kleinfelder conducted at the site (20-3978-O1.P01 <br /> dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work is described in Attachment A, with Kleinfelder field protocols <br /> as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. The work requisition authorizing us to <br /> proceed is presented as Attachment D. We can begin work as soon as we receive both signed work <br /> requisitions.
