The <br /> sampling was requested by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Department Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS/EHD). The scope of work is described in Attachment A, with Kleinfelder field% <br /> protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C.
