The soil sampling was recommended due to the results of the <br /> Phase I ESA Kleinfelder conducted at the site (20-3978-01.P01 dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work is <br /> based on the Phase I ESA Recommendation Number 5 and is described in Attachment A, with Kleinfelder field <br /> protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. The work requisition authorizing us to <br /> proceed is presented as Attachment D.
