I Code and other applicable provisions of law. These costs <br /> 2 include the Department's direct costs in an amount equal to ten <br /> 3 percent (10%) of the reasonable costs actually incurred, or <br /> 4 five hundred dollars ($500) whichever is greater, and other <br /> 5 costs as allowed by law. <br /> 6 VI <br /> 7 OTHER PROVISIONS <br /> 8 6. 1 PROJECT COORDINATOR <br /> 9 Within ten (10) calendar days of the effective date of this <br /> 10 Order, Respondents shall submit to the Department in writing <br /> 11 the name and address of a Project Coordinator whose <br /> 12 responsibilities will be to receive all notices, comments, <br /> 13 approvals and other communications from the Department to <br /> 14 Respondents. <br /> 15 6. 2 PROJECT ENGINEER/GEOLOGIST <br /> 16 The work performed pursuant to this Order shall be under the <br /> 17 direction and supervision of a qualified professional engineer <br /> 18 or a registered geologist with expertise in hazardous waste <br /> 19 site cleanup. Within ten (10) calendar days of the effective <br /> 20 date of this Order, Respondents must submit: (a) The name and <br /> 21 address of the project engineer or geologist chosen by the <br /> 22 Respondents and (b) In order to demonstrate expertise in <br /> 23 hazardous waste site cleanup, the resume of the engineer or <br /> 24 geologist and the statement of qualifications of the consulting <br /> 25 firm responsible for the work. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> COURT PAPER <br /> STAT.or GLIrORNIA <br /> STD. 113 4REV. 9.721 —24- <br /> 85 34M <br />
