Site Access Procedure <br /> On Site Command Post: WDE Truck <br /> ' General: Cones, barrier tape, saw horses, and /or WDE trucks will be utilized to <br /> segregate work area. <br /> Work Area Access: Enter from gate entering from West Scotts Avenue <br /> ' Security For Off-Hours: Site secured by an 6 foot chain link fence to prevent <br /> access during off-site hours. <br /> ' VI.
