Submit well abandonment permit issued by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department once received. <br /> 2. Notify City 48 hours prior to begiiuling work in City right of way. Either by <br /> Phone or Email. <br /> 3. All asphalt shall be saw cut neat and square prior to placing asphalt. <br /> 4. Submit asphalt mix design to City for approval prior to placement. <br /> 5. Compact sub-grade and call for inspection prior to installing any asphalt or <br /> concrete within the City right of way. <br /> 6. If hole or bore pit is within 3'0"or less of an existing curb and gutter, the <br /> pavement between the edge of the hole and the existing curb and gutter shall <br /> be removed and repaved with the restoration, regardless of the condition of <br /> the existing pavement. <br /> 7. AC patch shall match existing AC section or be a depth of 6", whichever is <br /> greater. The aggregate base section shall match the existing aggregate base <br /> section or be a depth of 10", whichever is greater. <br /> 8.
