Turner Road Lodi, San Joaquin County, California Terracon Project No. PNA207009 Dear Mr. Dietrich, Per your request, our office conducted a percolation test for the site located at 679 W. Turner Road, Lodi, San Joaquin County, California, Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 015-050-40. We understand the site parent parcel is proposed to be subdivided into three parcels (Parcel 1, Parcel 2, and Parcel 3). The project site will be located on Parcel 1. The site consisted of an approximately 2.12-acre portion of the 14.77-acre parent parcel. Based on a review of the client provided information and site plan, we understand the site is proposed to be developed with an approximately 3,400 square foot (SF)four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence. The percolation tests were performed per the requirements of Section 9-1105 of the San Joaquin County Development code and San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Standards dated January 2017. The percolation test boring locations are shown on the attached site Exploration Plan (Exhibit 2). The following is a description of our field activities. FIELD ACTIVITIES February 26, 2020, Terracon advanced two shallow borings (B1) to 3.33 feet below ground surface (bgs) and boring (B2) to 3.0 feet bgs using a 4" diameter hand auger. Field coordinates for each of the borings were recorded using a handheld global positioning system (GPS) device.
