Based on percolation test results, the shallow soils (61) have demonstrated a satisfactory <br /> percolation rate (8.06 minutes/inch)in accordance with San Joaquin County requirements for the <br /> use of a standard septic system. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and <br /> proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at <br /> the time we excavated our soil borings and performed the percolation test. It was assumed that <br /> the soil borings and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the <br /> general area. <br /> Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed <br /> in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
