Operator printed out manifest and added to his <br /> records. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTED ON SITE. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine hazardous waste inspection performed today 1-17-2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: Official inspection report, free cupa classes flier <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, waste antifreeze, used metal oil filters, used absorbent, soiled rags, universal <br /> waste aerosols, lead acid batteries. <br /> Note: Sump found in the main shop has been filled with concrete as of 2019.
