To: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department From: Ramil Reyes Date: November 10, 2011 Re: SJCEHD Drilling Permit No. 057898 6632 Pacific Avenue, Stockton In accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) Drilling Permit No. 057898 issued on 7/29/09 for project site located at 6632 Pacific Avenue in Stockton, CA, Shaw hereby submits the required data from our Phase II ESA investigation, including site figures, data tables, boring logs, laboratory analytical results, and a copy of the drilling permit. Shaw's Phase II investigation was completed as part of a due diligence assessment which identified unresolved releases on two adjacent sites as potential concerns for the subject property. Based on the lack of any soil contamination or site history indicative of solvent use, it was concluded that the contamination identified did not originate on the subject property but was related to documented releases on the adjacent sites.
