Please read through the <br /> following, taken from the inspection report under item 609 , and provide the information <br /> highlighted in red . <br /> Prorlde the follor IVIg to satisfy the ERAI requirements. <br /> 1 . Show compliance with HSC 25143. 2(V (1) (A) by pi om ding the name, street and mailing <br /> address, acrd telephone <br /> number of the owner or operator of the receiamig facility that manages the ERM. <br /> 2. Show compliance with HSC 25143. 2(1) (2) by pro ►liding documents that demonstrate a known <br /> market or <br /> disposition for the ERM and resulting cement product made from the ERM. <br /> 6 <br />
