The attached inspection report was amended on April 10 , 2020 , so the new Return to Compliance ( RTC ) due date is May 10 , 2020 . The other attachment ( RTC Cert Stockton Steel ) was also amended to reflect the inspection report . Please submit by the RTC due date , even if not all violations were corrected . State when the violations not yet corrected are anticipated to be corrected on the Corrective Actions Statement form found on the RTC Cert Stockton Steel pdf .
