I am aware of the email you sent me on April 23,but I have not replied because we are
still waiting for the drum to be picked up. When we originally called for pickup,we were told we would be put on
the schedule and could not be given a date. We called again today and spoke with Julie. She stated that we are on
the calendar but they are waiting on the Company that picks up that waste from them to give them a
date. Therefore she could not give us a date for pickup. Julie said that unfortunately with COVID,there are
skeleton crews and it is taking longer than expected.
We have it marked to send you a copy of the disposal receipt as soon as we receive it.
Kind Regards,
,Judith Robles
CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE:This e-mail message including any attachments of any kind are covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act,is confidential and may
include legally protected information.Ifyou are not the intended recipient or you have received this e-mail message by mistake, printing, copying, storing or disseminating in any
way is prohibited and doing so could subject you to civil and or criminal action. Please notify the sender if you received this e-mail in error and delete all information contained in
and attached to this e-mail.
From: Gaitan,Jason <jgaitan@sjgov.org>
Sent:Thursday, April 23, 2020 10:07 AM
To:Judith Robles<jrobles@tuffboy.com>
Subject: RE: Hazardous waste inspection
Good Morning Judith,
I understand the delayed response and thank you for the update. Please send a copy of the disposal receipt for the 2019
barrel once American Valley Waste Oil picks it up. Be sure that American Valley Waste Oil takes it as hazardous waste.
The 2018 disposal receipts appears that they took the waste as recyclable metals, which should've gone as hazardous
waste.
I will keep an eye out for the disposal receipt.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Have a good day,
,JASON GAITAN
EHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
(209)468-9848-Office
(209)468-3433- Fax
1868 E.
