Brian <br /> Hi A.J., <br /> We have reviewed your submittal. One item remains open: 102 for the sanding waste and <br /> the paint booth filters. Sanding waste (dust) would need to be either tested for hazardous <br /> waste determination or managed as hazardous waste (please see item 102 observations). <br /> Also, the analytical lab results show that the paint booth filters passed the bio fish assay <br /> test and are non-hazardous to aquatic organisms. However, since the sample had high <br /> barium levels, it needs additional testing (STLC and TCLP).
