The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for KUSTOM KURVES COLLISION REPAIR as of January13, 2020. Open violations from October 30, 2019 inspection Violation#119- Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). OBSERVATION This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)website. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS website. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the CERS website. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. OBSERVATION Hazardous waste container was observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The container was: one 55 gallon drum containing paint filters, paint, resin, and sanding dust. The hazardous waste label was missing 'sanding dust' under the composition. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), accumulation start date CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
