The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for LOPEZ CUSTOM COMPOSITES as of January08, 2020. <br /> Open violations from November 22, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> -Two white metal 55 gallon drums of waste resin were observed in the hazardous waste storage area without <br /> hazardous waste labels. <br /> -One white metal 55 gallon drum of waste acetone was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without an <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue metal 55 gallon drum of waste acetone was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", generator name &address, hazardous properties, accumulation start date and physical <br /> state. <br /> -One orange plastic five gallon bucket of used oil was observed inside the shop without a hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br />
