A Recorded Deed is allowed , but if points or lines are set , a <br /> Record of Survey is required . (New legal description shall be <br /> submitted to Surveyor ' s Office for review . ) <br /> 2 . New description must reflect correct distance with qualifiers <br /> to avoid overlap or gap . <br /> NOTE: The existing access opening statement on the tentative <br /> record of survey does not conform to the existing Record <br /> of Survey on Book 24 , Page 129 , San Joaquin County <br /> Records. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . Legal descriptions of the new parcels shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division at the same time that the Record of <br /> Survey is submitted to the Surveyor ' s Office . The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor . <br />
