Connection to an approved public water supply system <br /> ( if available) is required . <br /> or <br /> Construct a water well under permit and inspection of <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals Exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer system ( if available) is <br /> required. <br /> or <br /> Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health <br /> Division for a sewage treatment plant or a sewage <br /> disposal system for the entire development . The plans <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer. <br /> 3 . Submission of three ( 3) sets of detailed swimming pool <br /> and spa plans to the Environmental Division for review <br /> and approval prior to beginning construction . <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with Sari Joaquin County ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14 , CCR . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
