UP-88-16 page 3
The site plan must be revised to conform to the use permit site
plan check list (copy attached) . Because the site plan is part
of the approved use permit, the plan must omit excavation notations
of proposals that are unrelated to the uses noted above. The
site plan identifies and existing house, but no permanent residence
was observed in the recent on-site inspection. In addition to
the other comments noted above, which will require site plan revi-
sions , the site plan indicates that a future open ditch is proposed,
but the plan does not indicate which aspects of the project propo-
sals are related to the use of the ditch. The site plan should
indicate the volumes of existing soil stock piles, and the time
frames in which the soil would be removed. This information would
allow the duration of coffee grounds importation to be coordinated
with the depletion of soil stockpiles .
EP-84-5 :
The use of existing soil stockpiles for the soil amendment operation
shall not be allowed if the soil is required to meed the reclamation
requirements of EP-84-5 . The property owner will be given thirty
days to complete site reclamation, until February 12 , 1988 . No
Use Permit may be approved if the property owner does not provide
documentation that the site conditions comply with EP-84-5 . The
documentation must be prepared by a licensed Civil Engineer or
Land Surveyor. Failure of the property owner to meet the compli-
ance deadline will result in a zoning enforcement action against
the property owner.
HSI : jdh
