One pit is empty, and one pit <br /> is only partially full at present . <br /> The settling pond has a dirt bottom and sidewalls. This pond <br /> is empty and dry at present <br /> No vector breeding problem was observed by Mr. Miller. <br /> ° No remarkable dust or odor problems were observed. <br /> The Mckinley Road dirt stockpile is the only material to be <br /> used in the soil amendment operation. <br /> ° Coffee grounds are stockpiled one year for drying before being <br /> mixed with soil. <br /> ° Approximately 180 head of cattle are in the feedlot at present . <br /> The excavated area located west of the McKinley Road dirt <br /> stockpile and east of the unexcavated mound where the shop <br /> building is located will be planted in barley later this year, <br /> according to Mr. Ronyak. <br /> When the barley field is planted, the soil amendment operation <br /> will be conducted in the excavated area west of the shop <br /> building mound. <br /> Mr. Ronyak said he would like to mix dried settling pond matter <br /> with cattle manure and spread the mixture on the field located <br /> north of the Ronyak property. Mr. Miller and I advised Mr. <br /> Ronyak that he could not do this without obtaining Solid Waste <br /> Permit and Use Permit approval . <br />
