One pit is empty, and one pit is only partially full at present . The settling pond has a dirt bottom and sidewalls. This pond is empty and dry at present No vector breeding problem was observed by Mr. Miller. ° No remarkable dust or odor problems were observed. The Mckinley Road dirt stockpile is the only material to be used in the soil amendment operation. ° Coffee grounds are stockpiled one year for drying before being mixed with soil. ° Approximately 180 head of cattle are in the feedlot at present . The excavated area located west of the McKinley Road dirt stockpile and east of the unexcavated mound where the shop building is located will be planted in barley later this year, according to Mr. Ronyak. When the barley field is planted, the soil amendment operation will be conducted in the excavated area west of the shop building mound. Mr. Ronyak said he would like to mix dried settling pond matter with cattle manure and spread the mixture on the field located north of the Ronyak property. Mr. Miller and I advised Mr. Ronyak that he could not do this without obtaining Solid Waste Permit and Use Permit approval .
