"
Environmental Health: See "Conditions of Approval . "
Manteca-Lathrop Rural Fire Protection District : See "Conditions
of Approval . "
California Regional Water Quality Control Board: See "Conditions
of Approval . "
Caltrans: See "Conditions of Approval . "
City of Manteca:
The City of Manteca opposes this project because of its proximity
to the City.
Lathrop Municipal Advisory Council :
The Lathrop MAC also opposes this project . The issues of concern
include the project ' s potential for toxics, truck traffic, the
100-year flood, odors, and the project ' s incompatibility with
future growth.
Pacific Gas & Electric Company:
PG&E notes that any relocation of its overhead power facilities
within the project area must be done at the property owner 's
expense. Planning staff notes that the site plan does not
include proposals for relocation of PG&E facilities.
As of August 19, 1988, the following have not replied to the
application referral :
County Assessor Continental Telephone
South San Joaquin Irrigation
District
